Information we collect
- Account details such as your name and email address.
- Fitness and health data you enter, including workouts, body metrics, sleep, water and nutrition logs.
- Photos you upload for food scanning or progress tracking.
- Usage and device information needed to operate and improve the app.
How we use your data
- To deliver personalized workout, nutrition and recovery coaching.
- To generate AI insights and recommendations from Aura, your AI coach.
- To operate your account, process subscriptions and provide support.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (such as cloud hosting, AI processing and payment providers) under strict confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Data security & retention
Your data is stored securely and access is protected by authentication and row-level security. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your personal data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data. To make a request, contact us at support@aurafitness.life.
Your regional rights (GDPR & Canada)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases for processing are your consent, performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the app. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are in Canada, you have rights under PIPEDA (and applicable provincial laws) to access your personal information and to challenge its accuracy. We collect, use, and disclose personal information only for the purposes described in this policy and with your knowledge and consent, except where permitted by law.
Health and fitness information you provide is sensitive personal data. We process it only to deliver the app's features to you, and never sell it. You can permanently delete all of your data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.
